Breaking Up With Self Sabotage

Are You Sabotaging Yourself?

Do you have a talent for self-sabotage that you might not even be aware of?

Do you tend to focus on the negative?
Do you spend a lot of time worrying about the future, and what could go wrong?
Do you ever feel like all these thoughts might be holding you back from reaching your full potential?

Many of us can relate to these actions, and whether we recognize it or not, it’s likely that we act and think this way because we’re partaking in self-sabotaging behaviors.

Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems and interferes with our long-standing goals. When we give in and engage in negative thoughts and actions, we create problems in our relationships, at our place of work, and within ourselves.

My goal is to show you that it is possible to overcome self-sabotaging behaviors and give you the tools you need to get started in making a positive change in your life.

Stop slipping back into unhealthy habits and replace the mental traps of negative thinking during Breaking Up With Self Sabotage on Wednesday, March 29th at 6:00 pm EDT.

Meet Your Host

I’ve been researching human behavior for years, and each time I talk about how common self-sabotage is, people are shocked to learn that they’ve been participating in it themselves, for most of their life!

Once you accept that you’re participating in self-sabotaging behaviors, you’ll be able to take steps toward mending those bad habits.

During this experience, we will:

- Explore what self-sabotage is.
- Take steps to understand more about how to identify negative thoughts when they arise in our thoughts and actions, as well as figure out what triggers these thoughts in the first place.
- Learn why it’s in our human nature to partake in habits of self-sabotage.
- Go over tips and tricks for how to fight back against negative thoughts with self-love, positive distractions, and self-acceptance.

We’ll also look at real-life case studies of people who took steps to overcome their own self-sabotaging behavior and came out on the better end of it.

You’ll get a new perspective on the way you tackle your daily life, your short term decisions, and long term goals. With this new knowledge, you’ll finally learn how to train your brain to say “NO” to negative thoughts and transform your life.

Perhaps you’ve been telling yourself for years that your lack of “luck” in romance, career, or other life choices are due to your own unworthiness, lack of ability, or something else. I’m here to remind you that your mind is a powerful place, and it can work very hard to keep you from growing and progressing in the ways that you want to...if you let it.

Get out of your own way, get rid of counterproductive behavior, and learn how to make friends with your own worst enemy- you.
